Wrestling recruiting evaluates you individually — by weight class and by results, not by team stats — which makes honest self-assessment even more important. This course covers what coaches actually look at, how to build a real, verified sense of where you stand instead of trusting a chart and what Division I, II, III, NAIA and junior college programs are each looking for. It also covers what results and film carry the most weight and the money and calendar reality specific to wrestling.
